From the ‘Auditorium' to the three ‘Presidential Rooms' and ‘Dreams Cocktail Lounge' we offer a variety of spaces to suit any style of event. The Auditorium is a popular choice for large functions and is a region standout due to its unique and professional facilities, and its capacity. As one of the region's largest licensed venues it is perfect for trade shows, concerts, corporate dinners and conferences. It's unique layout leands itself to hosting exhibitions, product launches, wedding and travel expo's, sport award presentations, boxing, poker tournaments and wine nights.
The Auditorium has its own fully serviced bar with great food and beverage options. The flexible space is tiered with wide ramps and can cater for events in banquet, theatre and caberet configurations through to full blown concerts!
The fully air-conditioned room is equipped with an audio visual system including in-house sound, three 3 metre x 3 metre projector screens, ceiling mounted data projectors and microphones. A large stage area is serviced by a loading elevator with a sound and lighting control box all complimented with backstage facilities with lockable dressing rooms, bathrooms and a secure "Celebrity Entrance". Sound, lighting and video technicians are also available.
The Presidential Rooms are named in recognition of former club directors who each made significant contributions to the establishment of Brothers Leagues Club. The George Leary Room, Cyril Baird Room and Dutchy VanDorseen Room can be used individually or combined to provide flexible floorplans to suit for events in buffet, banquet, set menu and theatre configurations. The air-conidtioned rooms have soundproof concertina walls, audio-visual services and can be configured to host a variety of events including weddings, seminars, formal dinners and expos.
From celebrations, cocktail parties, birthdays, engagements and anniversaries through to small dinners and pre-show drinks, Dreams Cocktail Lounge caters for up to 150 people. Alternatively, it is also ideally suited as a ‘break-out' facility for conferences and is often used as a location for morning and afternoon tea for functions being held in the Presidential Rooms.
The Crystal Lounge, with its stunning decor, is located behind the Shamrock Bar and offers an elegant and intimate space for private parties and corporate events. Fully air-conditioned and complete with audio visual facilities including TV's and in-house sound system, the lounge is also used for Bingo, poker tournaments, trivia nights and for VIP events.
The Crystal Lounge offers a private area that is in close proximity to the Shamrock Bar, Gaming Lounge and Lanterns Cafe.
