APPLICATION & RESUME
The Club requires a copy of your resume containing your contact details; education; previous work history; dates of employment; referee contact details; licenses and certifications and your main workplace achievements.
All applicants should note that all advertised positions will show a cut-off date for applications. You may be contacted prior to this date but in most instances please do not expect to hear from us until after the cut-off date. During this time we will be screening all applicants for their suitability for the role.
You may receive a phone call during this time and be asked for additional information to support your application. This call is for us to get to know you a little better, verify your personal information, and to further discuss your motivations for applying. During this discussion, we may also clarify your salary expectations and timeframe for availability.
Should you be successful in moving through to the next phase of the recruitment process, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview. Depending on the role you may be required to attend more than one interview and there may be a panel of individuals involved in the process.
The Club will only make contact with your referees after we have obtained permission from you to do so. Make sure you talk to your referees and let them know to expect a call from us.
BACKGROUND, LICENSES & PROBITY CHECKS
We value honesty and integrity in everything that we do. We conduct our business responsibly and in compliance with local, state, and federal legislation and regulations.
Employment within some areas of our business is conditional upon passing a probity (background) check and having the applicable licenses. This may include identity, integrity and credential checks which are required to help assess an individual’s suitability to the role they have applied for. Individuals will also be notified that they are required to provide copies of their licenses and or certificates along with the original for sighting. These checks will not be completed until applicants have been selected to proceed in the recruitment process.
Our aim with this thorough recruitment process is to give the applicants the opportunity to meet our employees and gain a clearer understanding of our business, enabling them to make an informed decision about whether Brothers Leagues & Fuller Sports Clubs is the type of organisation they would be happy working in.
We will contact you if you are successful to discuss the contract details and make arrangements for you to either attend the office to collect your contract or post it to you, time permitting.
Applicants that are deemed unsuitable prior to the interview stage will receive a written response to their application advising they have been unsuccessful.
All interviewed applicants will be contacted by phone and advised that their application has been unsuccessful.
The Club would like to take this opportunity to thank you for considering employment with Brothers Leagues Club and Fuller Sports Club. We look forward to receiving your applications and meeting with you should the opportunity arise.
We wish you all the very best in your pursuit of employment.
