We’re entering a fresh new chapter of dining at Brothers Cairns, with Catering HQ now leading food across the Club, including a refreshed Fratelli’s Bar & Dining and the introduction of Wok O’clock.

As we continue to grow and invest in our members, community and Stan Williams Park, Catering HQ will enhance dining and hospitality across the Club and our broader facilities, supporting the next chapter for Brothers Cairns and the communities we serve.

Fratelli’s Bar & Dining is still the heart of dining at Brothers, now with a refreshed look, new seasonal menu and rotating specials, building on the experience you already know and love.
Alongside Fratelli’s, Wok O’clock brings something completely new to the Club. Centred on bold Asian flavours and social, share-style dining, the menu features dumplings, baos, noodles, stir-fries, soups and sizzling wok favourites made to enjoy with family and friends.

Together, the two dining experiences bring more choice to Brothers while keeping their own distinct style and personality — from the familiar favourites and relaxed dining of Fratelli’s to the bold flavours and made-to-share menu of Wok O’clock.
