ABOUT US:	Cairns Brothers is the largest Junior Rugby League Club in the Cairns district boasting close to 300 players aged 5 to 17 years. The Clubhouse and playing/training fields are located in Behan Street, Manunda. Training days are usually Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.00pm to 6.00pm. (Some coaches do vary training days and times). The Club has been very successful with many teams making Finals and Grand Finals in previous years.

SIGN ON FOR THE 2012 SEASON

Sign on for the 2012 season will be Saturday, 11 February, 2012, from 10am to 2pm at Stan Williams Park, Behan Street, Manunda.

Good news, our registration fee will remain at $150.00 per player. This amount includes:-

* Compulsory Player Insurance & Registration
* Affiliation Fees with Cairns District Junior Rugby League
* Our exciting new look Club Polo Shirt
* Team Photo
* Trophy
* End of Year Presentation Night Dinner & Drink

Please remember that new players need to bring two copies of their birth certificate and all players must be signed on by a parent/guardian. All players are required to complete a medical form. Please bring your Medicare Card too.

CONGRATULATIONS CLINT POSSELT

A very big CONGRATULATIONS to Clint Posselt, U16's. Clint, a very talented player, has been offered a scholarship with the Melbourne Storm. He will finish Year 11 & 12 at Mareeba State High School before moving to Melbourne, where he will train for the U20Toyota Cup. Well done and good luck for your NRL future.

UNDER 16's QLD MURRI SQUAD

The Queensland Rugby League has announced its Murri Under 16 squad. The 26 member squad will be reduced to 17 for the clash against the Koori Under 16's in February next year. The match will be played before the annual NRL All Stars clash. The talented squad was selected following the recent Murri carnival on the Gold Coast and includes the following players from Brothers - Ralph Daniel and Zengrey Nona.
